Something far older than the warren has made its home in the deepest part of the Rat Nest, coiled and patient among the rubble, its lower half lost entirely to a mass of serpentine coils. The ratlings give it a wide berth and leave offerings at a respectful distance, the closest thing to reverence anything down here shows for anything else.
