Human Skeleton

A human skeleton pulled back from whatever rest it had found, animated by something closer to rage than magic. There's no elegance to it, no lingering skill, just a raw, undirected fury aimed at anything still breathing. Most carry whatever weapon was close at hand when they died, more often than not a sword, though a few come at you with nothing but bare bone and momentum.

The skull is the only part that matters. Break the rest of it apart and the bones will keep dragging themselves back together, but destroy the skull and whatever's driving it finally stops for good.
