The Invisible Ones
The Invisible Ones are a group of seven beings worshipped as the Deity of Social, The nature of The Invisible Ones is left unclear, though it is hinted that they may be extraterrestrials, or beings akin to the Great Old Ones in the works of H. P. Lovecraft. The star Sirius is of particular astrological significance to The Invisible Ones, with clues identifying it as their place of origin. It is during the so-called Dog Days of August, when Sirius is in conjunction with the Sun that their influence over mankind is at its apex. By subtly influencing the minds of men, the beings are said to be "playing with our history as if it's a game", affecting events in world history over the course of centuries.
History
The origins of The Invisible Ones are still subject to debate. However, it has been known that each member is in charge of controlling a specific emotion:
· Joy, which is represented by the color yellow and is the only positive emotion controlled by The Invisible Ones.
· Sadness, which is represented by the color blue.
· Rage, which is represented by the color red.
· Fear, which is represented by the color black.
· Surprise, which is represented by the color white and is also the neutral point between all emotions.
· Disgust, which is represented by the color green.
· Contempt, which is represented by the color purple.
Each of these emotions are stronger during specific seasons of the year. This phenomenon is clearly visible in the sky, as each star has a place assigned and bright the strongest when their influence becomes more accentuated.
Over the course of history, The Invisible Ones have been deciding the destiny of mankind, keeping track of their progress in a book known as the “Alma Primis.” The writings are in charge of Surprise due to its neutral nature. However, as emotions can happen simultaneously, other beings can influence it and change the course of history, giving as a result major events that maintain this life interesting.
Appearance
No one knows how The Invisible Ones look like. However, ancient writings describe them as seven beings, each of a different race, that speak in unison and wear white robes. It is said that the color of their skin is related to the emotion they rule, but most of the imagery found depict them as black silhouettes altogether.
Abilities
The Invisible Ones' abilities are uknown, but it is clear that each of them have influence on the psyche. It is speculated that, besides control over the emotions, they also seem to have power over certain catastrophes. This way, they have been able to modify the course of history to its will not only by moving the strings among the mankind.
