Biscuit
Biscuit is, technically, nobody's pig. She belongs to the Lodge kitchen the way the stoves and the prep table belong to it, present since before anyone currently working there can remember, fed by whoever's closest at the time and claimed by all of them equally. She spends her days in the pen beside the dish pit, licking plates spotless with more diligence than most hired help, and her nights doing whatever it is pigs do in the dark, snoring, mostly.
She is, by consensus of the entire kitchen staff, good luck. Nobody can point to why. She's just always been there, and the one time Armondo tried cooking a big feast without her in earshot, he burned the roast twice. Nobody's tested that theory again since.
Her latch has a habit of giving way at the worst possible moment.
