The Hooded Wanderer
A figure leans against a barrel like they've been waiting for you specifically, face lost entirely inside a deep hood. They don't say what they want. They don't say much of anything, just an offer, vague and unhurried, that you're free to take or leave. Something about the stillness of them makes it hard to tell which answer they're hoping for.

| 6 | Whatever passed between you, it was worth it. They press a small vial into your hand: Oil . Roll the Element step of the Item Properties Table to determine its Elemental Prefix. |
| 7+ | More than worth it. They give you two vials, roll the Element step separately for each. |
