Random Item by Class
The Random Item Table provides a method for generating unique and class-specific items for Heroes. Each Hero class has its own dedicated table, filled with treasures that cater to their unique strengths, abilities, and playstyle. This ensures that items found during an adventure feel tailored to the Hero and enhance their role in the party.
To use the table, simply select the Hero’s class and roll the appropriate dice as specified for the Random Item Table. The result determines the item the Hero discovers. These items can range from weapons and armor to magical trinkets, tools, or consumables relevant to the Hero's skills. For example:
- A fighter might discover a sturdy battle axe or reinforced plate armor.
- A rogue might uncover a pair of enchanted daggers or a cloak that enhances stealth.
- A wizard might stumble upon an ancient spellbook or a staff humming with magical energy.
After determining the item, additional rolls on optional Item Properties Tables may reveal extra details, such as enchantments, elemental affinities, or unique crafting materials. This ensures that no two items feel the same, adding a sense of wonder and personalization to the Hero’s equipment.
