[[File:Time-Icon.png|40px]] Arcanium Tower is a magnificent structure made of sturdy stone, towering high into the sky. As one approaches the entrance, they will find a grand wooden door, intricately carved with magical symbols and runes. Upon entering the tower, visitors are immediately greeted with the sight of numerous bookcases, all filled with thick, dusty tomes. The shelves are packed with knowledge, covering topics from history, to magic theory, to potion brewing recipes. The desks, inkwells, and quills placed throughout the room make it apparent that the tower is a place for scholars and students to study and learn.
[[File:Time-Icon.png|40px]] Arcanium Tower rises just off the Dusty Road, a narrow column of old stone that looks like it was built for someone who wanted to be left alone. The door is heavy oak, carved with symbols nobody in town claims to be able to read, and it opens onto a single circular room stacked floor to ceiling with books: history, theory, the kind of potion recipes most Alchemists only ever hear about secondhand. A chandelier burns without oil or flame, casting a steady light over desks crowded with half-finished notes and quills gone dry mid-sentence.

A chandelier hangs from the center of the ceiling, casting a soft, glowing light throughout the room. It is magical in nature and never requires fuel, illuminating the many shelves of books and workspaces for any scholars who are burning the midnight oil. However, on one of the shelves lies an eerie display of vials and bottles filled with parts of creatures: wings, eyes, bones, and even more unspeakable objects. It is said that these objects are used in the creation of powerful magical artifacts, but few who enter the tower dare to ask their purpose, for fear of what the answer might be.
Not everything on the shelves is a book. One row holds jars and vials, wings, eyes, small bones, things that were clearly once part of something living and clearly aren't anymore. Nobody who visits asks what they're for twice.

On one of the shelves of the Arcanium Tower rests a peculiar and unsettling artifact: a statue of a six-fingered hand. The sculpture is unlike anything natural, its surface covered in reptilian scales that shimmer faintly in the magical glow of the chandelier above. Each finger is elongated and tapers into sharp, claw-like fingernails that gleam as though freshly sharpened. The craftsmanship is unnervingly lifelike, and the extra finger only adds to its alien and disconcerting appearance.
The tower's real centerpiece sits apart from all of it, on a shelf of its own: a statue of a six-fingered hand, scaled like something reptilian, each claw tapered to a point that still looks sharp. It doesn't belong with the books. It doesn't belong anywhere, really, and everyone who sees it seems to feel that at the same time.

Arcanium Tower

Time-Icon.png Arcanium Tower rises just off the Dusty Road, a narrow column of old stone that looks like it was built for someone who wanted to be left alone.

Not everything on the shelves is a book. One row holds jars and vials, wings, eyes, small bones, things that were clearly once part of something living and clearly aren't anymore. Nobody who visits asks what they're for twice.

The tower's real centerpiece sits apart from all of it, on a shelf of its own: a statue of a six-fingered hand, scaled like something reptilian, each claw tapered to a point that still looks sharp.
