The mechanism inside is dwarven work, springs and gearing far too precise for anything the vineyard's original owners would have needed. Whoever built it wanted this room defended long after they were gone, and it has been faithfully doing that job for longer than anyone alive has been around to notice.

Room 22 Trapped Wine Storage
