Pessimist
You see the negatives in every situation and you gave up on hoping for things to go your way a long time ago. Instead of seeing a silver lining, you tend to focus on the dark clouds that fill them in.
Although your views are extremely grounded in realism, you have a hard time finding joy in anything, let alone the everyday joys that normally balance out the dark times in people’s lives.
You’re suspicious when things seem to be too good to be true, because they usually are, and it often leads to shock over joy when things really do just work out. Your mind is usually so focused on the downsides in an effort to be prepared for the worst when things inevitably go topsy-turvy.
