Put a Ring on the Hexfinger Relic

The runes etched along the finger flare to life, glowing an intense, shimmering purple. The relic seems to come alive, as if awakening from a long slumber. The ring itself vanishes in an instant, dissolving into a faint trail of light that spirals into the core of the hand. The glow spreads through the entire finger, illuminating every rune and crevice with a pulsating rhythm, almost as if the relic is breathing.

A low hum resonates from the Hexfinger Relic, growing louder for a moment before fading into silence. The finger remains illuminated in a steady purple glow, a stark contrast to the other lifeless fingers, which now seem to twitch slightly, as if eager for their turn. The hero feels a peculiar tug in the air around them, as if the relic has grown heavier with power—or perhaps anticipation. Whatever magic binds this artifact is far from ordinary, and the hero is left wondering what deeper secrets the Hexfinger Relic holds when all its fingers are complete.

Hexfinger Relic Activation Rules

When a player places a ring onto the Hexfinger Relic, they must make a note of the ring type used (e.g., material, enchantment, or other unique characteristics). The Hexfinger Relic requires six unique rings to fully activate. Rings cannot be reused, and each must differ in some meaningful property.

Once all six rings have been placed, the Hexfinger Relic transforms into the Enhanced Hexfinger Relic, unlocking its full potential. This transformation will trigger automatically upon the placement of the final ring. Any rings placed on the Hexfinger Relic are permanently consumed in the process and cannot be recovered.
