Rallying Call

A Horn's note doesn't just travel through air. It travels through people. The Rallying Call is used not to fight but to prepare, to restore, to remind everyone present (including the Bard) that the adventure isn't over. Items that felt spent find another use. Pouches that seemed empty shake loose one more charge.

Song

Requires a Brass instrument equipped in the Bag slot. Counts as 1 of the Bard's 3 Songs per day. Uses reset after a Darkfall rest or resting in Town. Play the Rallying Call outside of combat. Hero makes a Social Skill Check and restores charges to one equipped item equal to the result.

1 or 2 Restore 1 charge to any one equipped item
3 or 4 Restore 2 charges to any one equipped item
5+ Restore 3 charges to any one equipped item
