Horn of Valor

The Horn of Valor doesn't give courage. It gives permission. When a Bard sounds it, the Hero finds themselves making the attempt they almost didn't, throwing the dice they almost held back. It is the sound of not second-guessing, compressed into a single note.

Song

Requires a Brass instrument equipped in the Bag slot. Counts as 1 of the Bard's 3 Songs per day. Uses reset after a Darkfall rest or resting in Town. Play the Horn of Valor during combat, after rolling Attack dice but before applying results. Hero makes a Social Skill Check and rerolls Attack dice equal to the result. Keep the new results.
