Dicey Dangers, The Creepy Creature of Vulture's Vineyard Game by Joel Hills

Cinnamon Turtlebeam

Cinnamon Turtlebeam is a highly energetic and cheerful fairy with a penchant for cleanliness and order. She takes great pride in her work as the housekeeper at Vulture's Vineyard Lodge, ensuring that every room is spotless and every surface is dust-free. With her bushy red hair and a constant smile on her face, she is always bustling around the lodge, taking care of guests and making sure that everything runs smoothly.

Despite her small size, Cinnamon is known for her strong will and determination. She is not afraid to speak her mind and can be quite feisty when needed. However, she is also incredibly kind-hearted and always goes out of her way to help those in need. Her passion for her work and her love of cleanliness have earned her the respect and admiration of both staff and guests at Vulture's Vineyard Lodge.

She flies fast and low when she's working, a bright blur of red hair and indignant muttering, and she can spot a muddy bootprint from clear across a room. She keeps a rag tucked in her belt at all times, the way a soldier keeps a blade close, and she is not above using it on a guest who's tracked something in that shouldn't be there. Guests who help her clean up after themselves get told, warmly and at length, exactly how much she appreciates them. Guests who don't get told too, just less warmly, and at a volume surprising for someone four inches tall.

Event

Roll 1d6 on a 6, Cinnamon catches you mid-mess, a muddy print, a dropped pack, a weapon left leaning where someone could trip on it, and drops out of the air in front of you, hands on hips.

  • Social(1): if you succeed, apologize and mean it, and she melts instantly, waving off the mess and pulling something out of her apron pocket instead. "A guest left this behind weeks ago, I never did find who it belonged to. Here, might as well be yours now." Gain 1 Token.
  • If you fail, she plants herself directly in your path, arms crossed, and will not let you continue until the mess is cleaned to her exacting standard. Lose 6 Time boxes (1 hour) cleaning up under her supervision.
