While money may be a problem they have to bear forever, spendthrifts do not necessarily care. They do not need a reason to get what they like. All they have to do is reach from their pockets and give until they have nothing else to hand over. Self-control is but a myth to spendthrifts’, which makes it even harder for them to save up for the rainy days.


You’re averse to spending money that isn't necessary to survival, and you’ll do whatever it takes to save a few copper or get even the slightest deal on a purchase.
They believe that they cannot take their money to their graves, so they might as well just spend it all as if they were living their last day. They are extravagant, loud, and maybe even irresponsible, but they know exactly how to throw a party. Nobody gives like a spendthrift, which may be why they had earned lots of friends. All short-lived, of course, as soon as they run after them for cash.  


You were born haggling, and when push comes to shove, you’re not above attempting to craft the goods you need for your daily life on your own if in any way possible. Making things comes second nature to you, even if your creations don’t always work out the way you envisioned due to the cheaper quality of materials you’re willing to invest.

It's a good way to build up wealth. Maybe you're saving for some big personal goal or to feed your starving family back home. No matter the reason, your pockets are locked tighter than the king’s vault and no amount of trickery or smooth-talking will open them up as long as you’re still breathing.{{Template:Core Rule Footer}}

Spendthrift
