Dicey Dangers, The Creepy Creature of Vulture's Vineyard Game by Joel Hills

Vultures Vineyard Common Room

Time-Icon.png The Vultures Vineyard Common Room is a wide, welcoming space filled with mismatched chairs pulled into loose clusters, the kind of room where guests and locals alike drift in just to sit and talk. A shelf runs the entire way around the room above the doorways, crowded with knick-knacks and mementos collecting the Lodge's history. Near the window stands a life-size stone griffin, carved in a startlingly lifelike attack stance, wings half-spread and talons bared, as if caught mid-strike. Whoever carved it clearly had a real griffin in front of them to work from.

Event

Roll 1d6 on a 6, wedged in a crack near the griffin's wing, something small and dark flutters slightly in a draft that shouldn't exist indoors.

Make a Mind(1).

  • Success: A closer look confirms it, unmistakably a real feather, tucked into an otherwise solid statue.
  • Failure: Too high up to reach. Whatever it is stays a mystery for now.

Local Gathering
