Dicey Dangers, Core Rule Game by Joel Hills

Luck

Can you ever have too much luck?

Probably not. After all, the world we live in today exists because of chance. The successes and failures of the decisions we make–no matter how right or wrong they were–are all firmly base on how lucky we are. Our survival is not based on some logical equation, but rather on some random force. We are not the consequences of our decisions, but rather, we are all victims of luck–many of us being more victimized than the other.

Whether a rogue or a gambler, they all believe that even the most randomized guess could benefit them if luck were on their side. Despite many arguments as to what 'luck' truly is, there is one thing that everyone agrees on–that luck could turn around. What may be once your greatest ally, can become your greatest enemy.
